Project Team leader

Key Requirements

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
– Must have project management experience across several projects.
– Must have knowledge of On-Premises, Cloud, Network, and Server technologies for project cost estimation purposes.
– Must have strong communication skills in English; Japanese and Mandarin are a plus.
– Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
– Should demonstrate the ability and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
– Should have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
– Good to have familiarity with software and hardware technologies related to cloud services.
– Good to have familiarity with software and hardware technologies related to security services.
– Good to have experience in handling projects involving software-defined data centers or cloud service infrastructure.
– Good to have a willingness to travel when assigned to a project.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage team budgets as needed, including during closing periods and annual budgeting or forecasting cycles.
– Manage and accurately allocate resources.
– Oversee internal processing of proposals before sharing them with customers.
– Manage and support PMO checks when necessary.
– Coordinate knowledge transfer or operational handover between project and operations teams as required.
– Manage relationships with business partners and vendors as necessary.
– Maintain customer relationships when required.
– Lead and guide team members in estimating project costs.
– Escalate and report to managers when the project encounters major issues.
– Provide daily reports to managers regarding budget, resources, and project schedules.
– Daily team management and meetings are mandatory responsibilities.
